What will you take care of?
As intern, you will be part of the Purchasing team of EDIM S.p.a.
As part of the purchase process optimization project, the trainee will have the opportunity to develop skills in the purchasing field, from the selection of suppliers, formulation of offers, negotiation, to the issue of orders and contracts.
Experience cooperation: You will support the Buyers for the purchase of goods and services in the Production, Engineering, General Services and Logistics areas
Take on responsibility:
– You will deal with the scouting of suppliers, the conduct of tenders, the negotiation of offers and the issue of purchase orders through the use of company software;
– You will support the development / expansion of automatic purchase channels (e.g. Catalogs);
– Your will report and analyse KPIs;
– You will participate in strategic projects (e.g. optimization of supplier base, IT projects relating to IT systems, value streaming mapping, etc.).
Qualifications
What distinguishes you?
Education: Preferably a degree in management engineering or Economics
Experience and know-how:
- You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel
- Strong skills in analytics and the usage of MS-Office, especially MS-Excel
- Good knowledge of English
Personality:

- You are a good listener and have good interpersonal skills

What will you take care of?
As Quality Management Project you will support the team in the creation and the coordination of the Quality Management plan. In particular you will have the chance to:
- Help shaping the future: Improve customer projects before serial production starts, thereby supporting greater customer satisfaction and reducing failure costs. Perform process review, including content review, definition of corrective actions, their implementation and monitoring.
- Experience cooperation: Support the project manager and team members in understanding each working method. Creation and presentation of qualitative data within quality and project meetings.
- Take on responsibility: Implement and support the application of methods in process development, such as PFMEA, control plan, APQP, 8D, LL and others. Prioritize activities to ensure assistance to quality objectives by identifying, displaying and communicating risks and opportunities.
- Conscientious coordination: Support customer quality and became the customer interface for quality issues. Participate in quality gates internally and with the customer.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you?
- Education: Degree in Engineering or similar education with experience in the Automotive industry
- Languages: Fluent English ( minimum B2)
- Experience and know-how: Experience in project management (project planning and monitoring, risk management) and process development; Previous experience in product development (APQP).
- Work style: Knowledge of process reference models (e.g. process improvement – Capability Maturity Model Integration, QFD Quality Function Deployment, Design for Reliability, etc.); Knowledge of the application of specific qualitative methods, tools and processes, data acquisition and visualization; Knowledge of the usual tools of preventive quality.

La risorsa contribuisce all’ottimizzazione, all’aggiornamento, allo sviluppo e all’innovazione dei processi produttivi, coordina in campo le attività di troubleshooting e di scaling-up, contribuisce alla realizzazione del prodotto conformemente alle specifiche richieste e ai documenti regolatori applicabili, coordinandosi con tutte le funzioni coinvolte.
La figura, in dettaglio, avrà il compito di:
- Definire, in collaborazione con l’Ufficio Tecnico e la Qualità, i parametri delle macchine di Pressofusione per la produzione dei getti
- Elaborare le tempistiche per assegnazione tempi tecnici di esecuzione
- Rilevare i dati di produzione di reparto
- Realizzare gli opportuni adattamenti e regolazioni delle macchine produttive
- Gestire i problemi relativi al processo produttivo e al relativo funzionamento degli impianti
- Gestire e coordinare l’implementazione e lo sviluppo dei processi di produzione
- Verificare la conformità del prodotto alle specifiche richieste in collaborazione con la Qualità
- Sviluppare e implementare processi, tecniche e tecnologie migliorative e/o innovative
- Produrre, aggiornare e gestire tutta la documentazione inerente il processo produttivo a supporto del Responsabile di Fonderia
Qualifications
Cosa ti distingue?
- Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica e affini o esperienze equiparabili
- Conoscenza del processo di Pressofusione
- Conoscenza tipologie di attrezzature e macchine di Pressofusione
- Conoscenza approfondita dei cicli produttivi
Sarà considerato un plus: Pregressa esperienza maturata nel settore Automotive e conoscenza della lavorazione dell’alluminio e/o metallo.
