Allenarsi per il Futuro is a social sustainability project which was conceived by Bosch Italia in partnership with Randstad in 2015. Its main challenging objective is to raise awareness among young people on the subject of youth unemployment, offering them paths to develop transversal skills, career guidance and work placement opportunities.
Passion, commitment, responsibility and above all “training” itself: these are the principal values conveyed by the internationally renowned sports ambassadors who support the project.

Alongside these highlighted themes, the project’s core points remain guidance and training of young people according to the metaphor of sports.
It is precisely for this reason that Allenarsi per il Futuro has decided to illustrate “The soul of diversity” during meetings in schools and universities. This constitutes a moment dedicated to one of the six unprecedented multimedia stories of the life and values of six Italian Paralympic champions.

Last 14^th February, EDiM took part as Bosch Ambassador in the Double Leg of Allenarsi per il Futuro together with Randstad and Carlo Checchinato, Sports Ambassador, former rugby player and now Commercial Director of the Italian Rugby Federation. At the Einaudi-Scarpa Institute of Higher Education in Montebelluna (TV), we welcomed more than 200 students in lower sixth form, to whom we presented the production activities of EDiM, its challenges and plans, as well as the various career opportunities we can offer, and the history and the values of Bosch Group. The focus was cast on the topics of diversity, inclusion and equality, thanks to the contribution of Randstad Italia’s Manifesto for Youth Inclusion and Bosch Italia’s multiple projects. Last but not least, Carlo illustrated his experience playing rugby as a metaphor for equality, teamwork, a sense of belonging, discipline and perseverance to achieve goals, inspiring all the youths involved.
